Sticky Herb-Glazed Chicken & Crispy Fries

Sticky Herb Chicken

1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into strips

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

Β½ tsp onion powder

Β½ tsp black pepper

Β½ tsp salt

1 tsp dried parsley (plus extra for garnish)

Sticky Herb Glaze

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp minced garlic

Β½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Splash of lemon juice

Fries

3–4 potatoes, cut into fries

1 tbsp oil

Salt

Optional: air fryer or oven-baked can be used

  1. Make the Fries

Air Fryer:

Toss fries with oil + salt.

Air fry at 400Β°F for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway.

Oven:

Bake at 425Β°F for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden.

  1. Cook the Chicken

Season chicken strips with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high.

Sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until fully cooked and lightly crisped.

  1. Make the Sticky Herb Glaze

Reduce heat to medium.

Add butter, garlic, honey, soy sauce, chili flakes, and a splash of lemon.

Stir until the glaze thickens and becomes glossy.

Toss chicken in the sauce until fully coated.

  1. Serve
