Sticky Herb Chicken
1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder

Β½ tsp black pepper
Β½ tsp salt
1 tsp dried parsley (plus extra for garnish)
Sticky Herb Glaze
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp minced garlic
Β½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Splash of lemon juice
Fries
3β4 potatoes, cut into fries
1 tbsp oil
Salt
Optional: air fryer or oven-baked can be used

- Make the Fries
Air Fryer:
Toss fries with oil + salt.
Air fry at 400Β°F for 15β18 minutes, shaking halfway.
Oven:
Bake at 425Β°F for 20β25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden.
- Cook the Chicken
Season chicken strips with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high.
Sear chicken 3β4 minutes per side until fully cooked and lightly crisped.
- Make the Sticky Herb Glaze
Reduce heat to medium.
Add butter, garlic, honey, soy sauce, chili flakes, and a splash of lemon.
Stir until the glaze thickens and becomes glossy.
