American Breakfast Plate

Ingredients:

4 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

Salt and pepper to taste

4 strips of bacon

4 sausage links

2 cups frozen hash browns

4 slices of bread (your choice: white, wheat, or sourdough)

2 tbsp butter (plus more for toast)

Optional: ketchup, hot sauce, or jam for serving


Directions:

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

Cook bacon until crispy, about 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Add sausage links to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8–10 minutes.

In another pan, cook hash browns with 1 tbsp butter, pressing them down lightly. Flip once golden brown and crispy, about 4–5 minutes per side.

Scramble eggs by whisking them with milk, salt, and pepper. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a nonstick pan and cook eggs over medium-low heat, stirring gently until fluffy.

Toast the bread slices and spread with butter or your favorite topping.

Plate everything together for the ultimate breakfast spread.
