Simple Grilled Chicken & Fresh Veggie Plate

A light, clean, and nutrient-packed meal perfect for healthy eating or meal prep!

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

For the Chicken

1 chicken breast, thinly sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp lemon pepper or black pepper

Pinch of salt

For the Veggies

1 cup broccoli florets

Β½ avocado, sliced

1 medium tomato, sliced

Β½ cucumber, sliced

1 tsp olive oil

Pinch of salt & pepper

Cook the Chicken
Season the thin chicken slices with olive oil, garlic powder, lemon pepper (or black pepper), and salt.
Heat a pan on medium-high and cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.

Prepare the Broccoli
Steam broccoli for 4–5 minutes until bright green and tender.
Toss with 1 tsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Prepare the Fresh Veggies
Slice the cucumber, avocado, and tomato.
Arrange neatly on the plate.

Assemble the Dish
Add the cooked chicken, seasoned broccoli, sliced tomato, cucumber, and avocado.
Serve immediately and enjoy warm and fresh!
