Key Lime Pie Cupcakes

1 packet Key Lime Pie Pro

1 packet Lime Time NAT

1 cup almond flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/3 cup granulated sugar (or keto sweetener)

1/4 tsp salt

2 tbsp melted butter

3 large eggs

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Icing

(Mix to your preferred sweetness and thickness)

3 tbsp cream cheese

1/2 cup Skinny Syrup Sugar Cookie

3 tbsp heavy whipping cream

Instructions
Bake the Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.

In a medium bowl, combine the Key Lime Pro, Lime Time NAT, almond flour, sweetener, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin liners.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let the cupcakes cool completely before icing.

Make the Icing

Combine the cream cheese, Skinny Syrup, and heavy cream in a bowl.

Mix until smooth and creamy.

Spread over the cooled cupcakes.
