4 cups hot water (2 cups for each jelly flavor)
Preparation Steps:
Step 1 — Make the Biscuit Base
- Combine crushed biscuits with melted butter and sugar.
- Press tightly into a rectangular or square baking dish.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to firm up. Step 2 — Prepare the Cream Layer
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
