
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1 cup peanut butter (smooth)
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
Directions:
- Prepare the pan,Line an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper for easy lifting.
- Melt the chocolate mixture, In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, peanut butter, and chocolate chips together. Stir constantly until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. - Cool slightly
Allow mixture to cool for 5 minutes so it’s warm but not hot (to avoid melting the marshmallows). - Add marshmallows
Gently fold in the mini marshmallows until evenly coated. - Spread into the pan
Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread it out evenly. - Chill
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until fully set. - Slice & serve
Cut into squares and enjoy! Keep refrigerated for best texture.
