Chocolate Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter (smooth)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
    Directions:
  1. Prepare the pan,Line an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper for easy lifting.
  2. Melt the chocolate mixture, In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, peanut butter, and chocolate chips together. Stir constantly until smooth.
    Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Cool slightly
    Allow mixture to cool for 5 minutes so it’s warm but not hot (to avoid melting the marshmallows).
  4. Add marshmallows
    Gently fold in the mini marshmallows until evenly coated.
  5. Spread into the pan
    Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Chill
    Refrigerate for 2 hours or until fully set.
  7. Slice & serve
    Cut into squares and enjoy! Keep refrigerated for best texture.
