
Ingredients
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or peanuts
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chopped almonds (optional for extra crunch)
Directions:
- Prep Pan: Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
- Melt Base: In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Add Vanilla: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Fold In Mix-ins: Let mixture cool 2–3 minutes, then fold in marshmallows and nuts.
- Spread: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
- Slice & Serve: Cut into squares and enjoy!
