Rocky Road Candy:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or peanuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped almonds (optional for extra crunch)
    Directions:
  1. Prep Pan: Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  2. Melt Base: In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  3. Add Vanilla: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Fold In Mix-ins: Let mixture cool 2–3 minutes, then fold in marshmallows and nuts.
  5. Spread: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  7. Slice & Serve: Cut into squares and enjoy!
