Roasted Chicken with Green Beans, Broccoli & Parmesan Potatoes

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
For the Chicken

1 chicken breast

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

½ tsp dried oregano

Salt & pepper

For the Potatoes

2 cups baby potatoes, sliced in half

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp grated parmesan

Salt, pepper

½ tsp dried parsley

For the Veggies

1 cup green beans

1 cup broccoli florets

1 tsp olive oil

Salt & pepper

𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Roast the Potatoes
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Toss sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley, and parmesan.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Cook the Chicken
Season chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 20–25 minutes at 220°C (425°F) or pan-sear 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Let rest 5 minutes.

Prepare the Veggies
Steam or sauté green beans and broccoli with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper for 6–8 minutes until tender.

Assemble the Plate
Serve the roasted chicken, parmesan potatoes, and vegetables together for a clean, satisfying, high-protein meal.
