
I’ve been making regular chaffles for weeks, but today I wanted something sweeter—and it turned out so good! Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp softened cream cheese
1 tbsp sweetener of choice
2 tbsp almond flour
Blueberries (as many as you like)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a preheated waffle maker and cook until golden. Add blueberries before closing the lid if you want them baked inside.
These were absolutely delicious—I’ll definitely be making them again, and trying more sweet and savory versions!
