
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Tennis biscuits (or any tea biscuits)
- 1 (250 g) block caramel treat (or caramel condensed milk)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chopped Peppermint Crisp chocolate
- Optional: extra Peppermint Crisp shavings for topping
Directions:
- Prepare the caramel layer
If using a caramel treat, melt it slightly until spreadable. If using caramel condensed milk, skip melting. - Layer the biscuits
In a rectangular dish (approx. 20×20 cm), place a layer of Tennis biscuits. - Add caramel & cream
Spread a layer of caramel over the biscuits. Then add a layer of whipped cream. - Sprinkle Peppermint Crisp
Sprinkle chopped Peppermint Crisp chocolate over the cream layer. - Repeat layers
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with whipped cream on top. - Chill
Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or overnight, to allow the tart to set. - Serve
Top with extra Peppermint Crisp shavings before serving. Slice and enjoy!
