How to prepare Garlic Parmesan Lobster

Ingredients

For the Lobster:

2 lobster tails (6–8 oz / 170–225 g each)

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Lobster:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shell down the center to expose the meat.

Gently lift the meat and rest it on top of the shell.

  1. Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter:

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  1. Bake the Lobster:

Brush the garlic Parmesan butter generously over the lobster meat.

Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes, or until lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

  1. Serve:

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Serve with rice, pasta, or a fresh salad for a decadent seafood meal.
