Cranberry Brie Crescent Roll Bites

Ingredients:

1 tube crescent roll dough (8-count)

4 oz brie cheese, cut into 8 small chunks

1/3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

1 tablespoon chopped pecans (optional)

1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped (optional)

Cooking spray or butter, for greasing

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin lightly with cooking spray or butter.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle in half to make 16 smaller triangles.

Gently press each piece of dough into a mini muffin cup. Place one piece of brie in the center of each, followed by a small spoonful of cranberry sauce. Sprinkle with pecans and rosemary if using.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the dough is golden and brie is melted. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
