Creamy Shrimp Ravioli Skillet

Tender cheese-filled ravioli meets juicy shrimp in a rich garlic-Parmesan cream sauce — a restaurant-style meal ready in under 30 minutes! Perfect for cozy nights or date-night dinners.

Ingredients:

1 lb cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

How to Make It:

1️⃣ Boil the Ravioli
Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Sear the Shrimp
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, then cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3️⃣ Build the Cream Sauce
In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer.

4️⃣ Add Cheese & Seasoning
Stir in Parmesan, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Simmer until the sauce slightly thickens.

5️⃣ Combine & Coat
Return shrimp to the skillet and add ravioli. Gently toss to coat in the creamy sauce.

6️⃣ Finish & Serve
Top with fresh parsley and serve hot. Great with garlic bread or a crisp salad!
