How To PrepareKeto Peanut Butter Cookies!

Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter (chunky works great for extra crunch!)

1 egg

1/2 cup sweetener of your choice (I used monk fruit)

Note: Xylitol, erythritol, Pyure, and monk fruit all vary in sweetness compared to sugar—adjust accordingly.

Warning: Do not use plain stevia alone—the cookies will turn out dry. If you prefer stevia, make sure it’s part of a blend.

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix all ingredients together until fully combined.

Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Press each ball with a fork to make a crisscross pattern.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
