Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons butter, divided
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1️⃣ Prepare the steak bites: Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
2️⃣ Sear the steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the garlic butter: Reduce the heat to medium. In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4️⃣ Create the Parmesan cream sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Stir well, then add the Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce becomes creamy and thick.
5️⃣ Combine and serve: Add the steak bites back to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce until evenly coated. Let them cook for another 1–2 minutes to heat through.
6️⃣ Garnish: Top with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of extra Parmesan.
