How To Prepare Deep Dish Noodle-Free Lasagna

Ingredients:

1 lb Aldi grass-fed ground beef

1 jar Aldi marinara sauce

1 container Aldi cottage cheese

4 Aldi organic eggs

1 package Aldi organic shredded mozzarella

Aldi shredded Parmesan

Aldi dried parsley

Instructions:

Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then stir in the jar of marinara sauce.

In a separate bowl, beat the 4 eggs and mix in the full container of cottage cheese.

Spread a layer of the cottage cheese mixture on the bottom of your baking dish.

Add a layer of shredded mozzarella.

Spoon the ground beef mixture over the cheese layer.

Add a second layer of the cottage cheese mixture.

Top with more shredded mozzarella, then sprinkle with Parmesan and dried parsley.

Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes, or until the top is melted and golden.
