1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
¼ cup chopped pistachios (optional for garnish)
Maraschino cherries for topping (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Pudding Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the instant pistachio pudding mix and the entire can of
undrained crushed pineapple.
Stir the mixture together for about 2 minutes until the pudding mix is well dissolved and the mixture starts to thicken.
Add Marshmallows and Whipped Topping:
Fold in the mini marshmallows and whipped topping (like Cool Whip) until fully combined.
The mixture should be light, fluffy, and creamy.
Chill the Dessert:
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or until it’s chilled and set.
Before serving, garnish the top with chopped pistachios and maraschino cherries for a festive touch (optional).
