Ingredients
For the fries
- 600 g French fries (frozen or homemade)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp paprika
For the steak
- 250 g steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank), cut into small strips
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp butter
For the shrimp
- 200 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp butter
Cheese & toppings
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
- Optional: sour cream, spicy mayo, jalapeños
Preparation
1️⃣ Cook the fries
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Toss fries with olive oil, salt, and paprika.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until crispy and golden.
2️⃣ Prepare the steak
- Season steak strips with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook steak for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove from heat.
3️⃣ Prepare the shrimp
- Season shrimp with salt, paprika, and chili powder.
- In the same pan, melt butter and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
4️⃣ Assemble and melt
- Place cooked fries in a large oven-safe dish.
- Add steak, shrimp, and sprinkle mozzarella + cheddar cheese.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
5️⃣ Garnish & serve
- Top with green onions, jalapeños, sour cream, or spicy mayo if desired.
- Serve immediately while hot and gooey!
