How To Prepare Cod with tomato-basil salsa parchment

Ingredients :

4 cod nets (approximately 5-6oz each)

11⁄2 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved

1⁄4 cup chopped fresh basil

2 tablespoons of the olive oil

2 minced garlic cloves

Salt and pepper to taste

1 lemon in thin slices

Instructions :

Preheat the oven to 400 ° F (200 ° C).

In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, basil, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
