Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk of choice (more if needed)
1 frozen large banana
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
3–4 ice cubes
Optional: 1 scoop protein powder
Optional: 2 tbsp peanut or almond butter
Optional: 1/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
Instructions:
Add the frozen banana, milk, and cocoa powder to a blender.
Pour in the maple syrup and vanilla for sweetness and flavor.
Add the ice cubes along with any optional mix-ins like protein powder, nut butter, or yogurt.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Adjust thickness with more milk or ice as desired.
