1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/4 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional for extra brightness)

Pinch of salt

Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the strawberries, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
