How to prepare Egg White Quiche with Grass-Fed Beef, Tomato, Spinach & Broccoli

This quiche is super easy, packed with protein, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

Egg whites (enough to fill your quiche dish)

Grass-fed ground beef

Onion

Tomato

Spinach

Broccoli

Mozzarella cheese

Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

Cook the filling:
In a skillet, cook the grass-fed beef with chopped onion, tomato, and spinach until the beef is browned and the veggies are softened.

Combine:
Add broccoli to the mixture and stir to combine.

Assemble:
Pour the cooked mixture into a quiche dish.
Add egg whites over the top until the dish is filled.

Top:
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the surface.

Bake:
Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden.
