Keto Cheese Wraps / Cheese Roll-Ups

Ingredients (Makes 4 Roll-Ups)

4 slices cheese (colby jack, cheddar, mozzarella, or provolone work best)

4 slices deli meat (ham, turkey, or roast beef)

(Optional) 2 oz cream cheese, softened — for spreading inside

(Optional) seasonings like garlic powder, Italian seasoning, or crushed red pepper

Instructions
Oven Method (for crispy roll-ups):

Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Place cheese slices on the sheet, spaced apart so they don’t melt together.

Bake for 5–7 minutes, until edges are bubbly and slightly golden.

Cool slightly (30 seconds–1 minute): when they’re flexible but not too hot,

Add deli meat or a smear of cream cheese,

Then roll them up quickly.

Let cool completely to crisp up (if you like them crunchy).

Microwave Method (for soft roll-ups):

Place a cheese slice on parchment paper.

Microwave for 40–50 seconds until melted.

Let it cool slightly, add meat or filling, and roll up.

Optional Fillings & Ideas

Ham + cream cheese + pickles (like a keto “pinwheel”)

Turkey + mustard + spinach

Pepperoni + mozzarella + low-carb marinara (pizza-style)

Roast beef + horseradish mayo
