2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded (rotisserie works great)
1½ cups sugar-free marinara sauce (like Rao’s or homemade)
½ cup ricotta cheese or cream cheese (optional for creaminess)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine cooked chicken, marinara sauce, ricotta (if using), and seasonings.
Spread mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Drizzle lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
(Optional) Broil for 2–3 minutes to brown the cheese on top.
