1 box Nilla wafer cookies
1 bag Rolo chocolates
1½ cups almond bark (or melting chocolate)

Instructions (Step-by-Step)
- Prepare a baking sheet
Line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking. - Place the cookies
Arrange the Nilla wafers flat side up on the baking sheet. - Add the caramel layer
Place one Rolo chocolate on top of each cookie. - Melt the chocolate
Microwave the almond bark in a bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. - Dip the cookies
Using a fork, dip each cookie-Rolo combo into the melted almond bark until fully coated. Shake off excess chocolate. - Arrange to set
Place dipped cookies back on the parchment paper. - Optional finish
