
Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp sugar-free strawberry syrup or 2–3 tbsp mashed fresh strawberries
1 tbsp cream cheese (optional — for extra richness)
Stevia or monk fruit sweetener, to taste
Instructions:
- Pour the heavy cream into a mixing bowl and whip it using a hand mixer or whisk until it becomes thick, fluffy, and forms soft peaks.
- Add the sugar-free strawberry syrup or mashed fresh strawberries to the whipped cream.
- If using, add the cream cheese for a richer and creamier texture.
Mix gently until everything is well incorporated.
- Taste and add stevia or monk fruit sweetener to your liking.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill and set.
You can eat it immediately, but chilling makes it extra fluffy and mousse-like.
- Serve cold and enjoy a light, creamy, low-carb treat!
