1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheddar)
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese (for crispiness)
Topping:
½ cup cooked bacon, chopped
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup cooked sausage or ham
Sprinkle of garlic powder or smoked paprika for flavor
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with silicone muffin liners.
- Form the Cheese Cups
Mix the mozzarella and parmesan together in a bowl.
Add about 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture into each muffin cup.
Gently press the cheese up the sides to form a nest shape.
- Bake the Cheese Shells
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crisp.
Remove from oven and let them cool slightly (they’ll harden as they cool).
- Fill & Finish
Sprinkle a little cheddar cheese and chopped bacon inside each cup.
Return to oven for another 3–5 minutes, until melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes, then gently lift out with a spoon.
- Serve
Garnish with chopped green onions or chives if desired.
Serve warm as a snack, appetizer, or keto breakfast bite.
