
A quick, cheesy, and protein-packed meal perfect for breakfast, brunch, or meal prep!
Ingredients
8 large eggs
Shredded mozzarella cheese (measure with your heart!)
Shredded Colby Jack cheese (also measure with your heart!)
½ of a Smithfield boneless ham steak, cubed
½ package frozen broccoli florets
Pink Himalayan sea salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Onion powder, to taste
Olive oil spray (or your preferred cooking spray)
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Dish
Lightly spray your baking dish with olive oil (or any nonstick cooking spray you like).
Mix the Egg Base
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, mozzarella, Colby Jack, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
Assemble the Quiche
Pour the egg mixture into the greased baking dish.
Evenly add the cubed ham and broccoli florets on top, gently pressing them into the mixture.
Bake
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and slightly golden on top.
Cool & Serve
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing into 8 portions. Serve warm and enjoy!
Tips
For extra flavor, sprinkle a little extra cheese on top before baking.
You can substitute the ham with cooked bacon, sausage, or turkey for variety.
