Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¾ cup brown sugar substitute (like Swerve Brown or Allulose)
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips (Lily’s or ChocZero recommended)
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a 9×9-inch baking pan (or aluminum tray like in the image) with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sweetener, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Add Dry Ingredients
Stir in almond flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
Spread and Bake
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean (a little softness is okay — it’ll set as it cools).
Cool and Cut
Let cool completely before slicing into 16 squares.
