For the Pasta & Sauce
8 oz pasta (fettuccine, bowtie, or your choice)
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
Β½ cup grated Parmesan
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & pepper
Β½ tsp Italian seasoning
Optional: pinch of paprika
For the Seafood
10β12 shrimp, peeled
1 cup imitation crab (shredded)
1 tbsp butter
Pinch of paprika
Salt & pepper
Veggies & Garnish
1 cup broccoli florets (lightly steamed)
Lemon wedges
Fresh parsley

- Cook the Pasta
Boil pasta until al dente and set aside.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce
Melt butter and olive oil in a pan.
Add garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently.
Stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
Add steamed broccoli and cooked pasta; toss to coat.
- Cook the Shrimp & Crab
SautΓ© shrimp with butter, paprika, salt, and pepper until pink.
Add shredded imitation crab and warm through.
- Assemble
Plate the creamy pasta.
Top with shrimp and crab mixture.
Add lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
Sprinkle a little paprika or pepper for color.
