1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
1–2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced (adjust to taste)
2 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and black pepper, to taste

8 small corn or flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cabbage or lettuce
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Optional toppings: avocado slices, sour cream, pico de gallo, lime wedges
Instructions
Marinate the shrimp:
In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, minced chipotle peppers, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
Cook the shrimp:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
Warm the tortillas:
Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
Assemble the tacos:
Layer each tortilla with shredded cabbage or lettuce, cooked shrimp, and your choice of toppings like avocado, cilantro, or sour cream.
Serve:
