
Ingredients
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup strawberries, diced
4 tortillas (6-inch)
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp sugar (for topping)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Strawberry sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Make the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the diced strawberries. - Assemble the Quesadillas:
Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on one side of a tortilla.
Place another tortilla on top, pressing gently to secure.
Repeat for the remaining tortillas and filling. - Prepare the Topping:
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together. - Cook the Quesadillas:
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a little butter.
Place a quesadilla in the skillet, and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Repeat with the other quesadillas, adding more butter if needed. - Finish and Serve:
Once cooked, sprinkle each quesadilla with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
