Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 packet active dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup pepperoni slices
½ cup cooked sausage crumbles
½ cup diced ham
½ cup cooked ground beef
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions:
Prepare the dough: Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead into a smooth dough and let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Grease a deep-dish pizza pan with olive oil. Press dough into the pan and up the sides.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
Add a generous layer of mozzarella cheese.
Top with pepperoni, sausage, ham, and ground beef.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning and extra cheese if desired.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Enjoy
