½ cup (115 g) melted butter
Cream Cheese Layer:
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar
1 container (8 oz / 225 g) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
Chocolate Pudding Layer:
2 boxes (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups (720 ml) cold milk
Topping:
1 container (8 oz / 225 g) whipped topping
Crushed Oreos or chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Make the Crust:
Crush the Oreos in a food processor or by hand in a ziplock bag. Mix with melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan. Place in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the next layers. - Cream Cheese Layer:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in one container of whipped topping until fully combined.
Spread this layer evenly over the chilled crust. - Chocolate Pudding Layer:
In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mixes and milk until thick (about 2 minutes).
Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer. - Final Topping:
Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer.
