
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 oz cream cheese
1 ½ cups almond flour
1 tbsp baking powder
4 large eggs
½ cup diced cooked ham
½ cup diced cheese (Swiss, provolone, or cheddar)
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Set the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a ring or bundt pan.
Melt Cheeses:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese.
Heat for about 90 seconds, stirring until smooth.
Add Dry Ingredients:
Stir in almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until combined.
Add Eggs:
Whisk eggs in a separate bowl, then mix them into the dough until smooth and sticky.
Add Fillings:
Fold in the diced ham and cheese pieces evenly.
Shape & Bake:
Pour the mixture into the prepared ring pan.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and puffed up.
Cool Slightly & Serve:
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm so the cheese stays melty.
💡 Tips:
You can add a spoonful of sour cream or shredded parmesan to make it richer.
Use cooked bacon or turkey chunks instead of ham for variety.
