How to prepare keto Chocolate Loaf Cake

Rich, moist, and full of chocolate flavor — this easy keto-friendly loaf is perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without the guilt!

Ingredients

3 eggs

1¾ cups almond flour

1 cup granulated Lakanto (or any preferred keto sweetener)

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

⅓ cup cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

¾ cup sour cream

Nuts of choice (optional, for topping or mixing in)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sweetener, vanilla extract, and sour cream until smooth.

Add the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder. Mix until fully combined and the batter is smooth.

Fold in your choice of nuts, if desired.

Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and spread evenly.

Bake for 40–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow to cool before slicing.
